The mount is designed for full-face and modular helmets with a relatively flat or gently curved chin bar. The 300 × 280 mm footprint accommodates most standard chin profiles. It does not fit open-face, half-shell, or helmets with deeply contoured or narrow chin bars. We recommend checking the fit against your specific helmet before your first ride.
2. How do I install it correctly?
Clean the chin surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry completely. Align the mount centrally on the chin bar, then route and tighten the included straps evenly — snug but not so tight that they stress the helmet shell. Give the mount a firm tug in all directions before attaching your phone. Re-check tightness before every outing, especially after long rides or vibration-heavy routes.
3. How does the phone stay locked in place?
The cradle uses an adjustable clamp mechanism that grips the sides of your phone. Set the clamp width to match your device, then press the phone in until it clicks into position.
